Grundkonzept dieser Anlage ist das beidseitige Etikettieren von Formflaschen ohne Verwendung von Formatsätzen. Die Anpassung an das jeweilige Produkt geschieht durch einfaches Einstellen der Maschinenkomponenten. Die damit verbundenen Vorteile sind kurze Rüstzeiten, eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und die Mehrfachnutzung in verschiedenen Produktionslinien. Für eine hohe Platziergenauigkeit der Etiketten werden die Produkte auf dem Transportweg exakt ausgerichtet. Halbautomatische Etikettiermaschine für Formflaschen bediseitig | Modell TNC-F - Dank der Modellreihe TNC-F gelingt die Etikettierung von Formflaschen sehr einfach. Die Vorder- und Rückseitenetiketten sollten sich hierbei auf einem Trägermaterial befinden. Das Produkt wird in eine Produktaufnahmeeinrichtung eingelegt. Sobald die 2-Hand-Bedienung aktiviert ist, startet die Anlage mit der Aufnahme des Produkts in die beiden Formatbacken und versetzt das Produkt in Rotation und richtet es aus, bevor das Vorderseiten- als auch das Rückseitenetikett exakt auf die gewünschten Positionen aufgebracht werden. Durch das Auswechseln der Formatteile der Produktaufnahmeeinrichtung können neben den Formflaschen auch zylindrische oder eckige Produkte verarbeitet und mit mehreren Etiketten versehen werden.
